Verify payment information

You can verify your payment information in the Subscription tab. You can check and change the next payment amount, renewal date, and card information for scheduled payments.

Verify payment details

You can check your payment details in the Subscription tab. Click the View Details button to view your paid invoices.

If you want to change your subscription

You can change your subscription details by clicking Edit Subscription Details in the Subscription tab. You can change the number of seats and add or delete data export features.

If you want to cancel payment/subscription

In order to improve our services, we ask you to provide details when canceling your subscription. Once unsubscribed, service provision and payments will be discontinued the following month. Even if you unsubscribe, you can continue to use the service as usual until the cancellation date.
