This metric indicates which other apps are used on the same device by users of the target app. You can find this data under "Cross App Usage" in the App Analytics › Usage Info section, as well as under "Cross App Usage" in the App Analytics › Compare Apps section.
We are updating the calculation method for the "Cross App Usage Rate".
This update minimizes "noise" caused by specific demographics having an outsized impact on estimates, even for apps with significant gender or age bias (e.g., apps specialized for women). This allows us to provide figures that more accurately reflect the actual usage patterns of the apps.
Applied to data from April 2026 onwards.
Cross App Usage Rates for periods prior to April 2026 are displayed using the previous calculation method. Due to this update, there may be discrepancies in the figures between the periods before and after the change. When comparing with past data, please be aware that the calculation standards differ.
